Organic Lacto-Fermented Hot Kim-chi, made with organically grown cabbage, carrots, onions, daikon radish, garlic, ginger, peppers, and Celtic sea salt. A true traditional food.

This is a live food and will keep for months in the refrigerator.  This delicious, raw, lacto-fermented food is a great source of healthful lactobacilli, enzymes and minerals. It is made by packing the organic vegetables in barrels with a small amount of high mineral sea salt.
