THE ART OF THE ROAST
We love coffee. So much so that we knew we couldn't just keep dumping the stale, over roasted, pesticide laden coffees sold everywhere into our bodies. Truth be told though, we never would have really known how stale and over roasted it all was until we started roasting ourselves. We have found the term "coffee snob" is only doled out by those who haven't realized this for themselves, cause once you have actual fresh coffee, its hard to go back.

We prefer beans that are grown in mineral rich volcanic soils found in much of the Pacific Island systems.
