Organic Lacto-Fermented Red Sauerkraut, made with organically grown red cabbage and Celtic sea salt. A true traditional food.

This is a live food and will keep for months in the refrigerator.  This delicious, raw, lacto-fermented food is a great source of healthful lactobacilli, enzymes and minerals. It is made by packing the organic vegetables in barrels with a small amount of high mineral sea salt.
